Rental Details
Rental Rate: Rental Rates are seasonal between $1,100.00 – $1,475.00/week based on 2 guests.
Minimum Stay: 7 nights
Additional Guests: Each additional guest will be charged $74.00 – $124.00 per week.
Children: If children are traveling with you, please provide their age. Children are free up to the age of 12.
Cleaning fee: $150.00
BBQ cleaning: $50.00 (if necessary)
Tax: 6.5% Florida Sales Tax plus 5% Tourist Tax (11.5% Taxes)
Security Deposit: $500.00
Power: Rental rate includes an average usage of electricity of $25.00/week. Excess usage will be charged from your security Deposit/Cash at 15 cents/kwh (including 11.5% tax).
Smoking: not allowed
Pets: not allowed
Please note: If Villa is damaged or left extremely dirty, there will be an additional fee retained from the Security Deposit.
