Rental Details

Rental Rate: Rental Rates are seasonal between $2,800.00 – $4,000.00/week based on 4 guests.
Minimum Stay: 7 nights
Seasonal: Christmas and Easter the minimum stay is 2 weeks.
Additional Guests: Each additional guest will be charged $200.00 per week.
Children: If children are traveling with you, please provide their age. Children are free up to the age of 2.
Cleaning fee: $350
BBQ cleaning: $50 (if necessary)
Tax: 6.5% Florida Sales Tax plus 5% Tourist Tax (11.5% Taxes)
Security Deposit: $1,000
Power: Electricity is based on usage and will be charged from your security Deposit/Cash at 15cents/kwh (including 11.5% tax).
Smoking: not allowed
Pets: not allowed
Please note: If Villa is damaged or left extremely dirty, there will be an additional fee retained from your Security Deposit.
