Rental details

Rental Rate: The rental rate is $ 1,750.00 / week based on 4 guests.
Minimum stay: 5 nights
Seasonal: Christmas and Easter the minimum stay is 2 weeks.
Additional Guests: Each additional guest will be charged USD 30.00 per night.
Children: If children are traveling with you, please indicate their age. Children are free up to the age of 12.
Cleaning fee: $ 330.00
BBQ cleaning: $ 50.00 (if required)
Tax: 6.5% Florida sales tax plus 5% tourist tax (11.5% tax)
Security Deposit: $ 1,000.00
Power: The rental price includes an average usage of 50.00 USD / week. Excess usage will be charged from your deposit / cash at 15 cents / kwh (including 11.5% tax).
Smoking: not allowed
Pets: Refundable pet fee: $ 500.00
Please note: If villa is damaged or left extremely dirty, an additional fee will be withheld from the security deposit.
