The outside entertaining area features an electric heated pool, as well as sun loungers, a patio set and a BBQ. The yard is fenced in and offers a variety of palm trees, as well as orange and avocado trees. The house also has its private dock with boat lift. Get ready for the vacation of your dreams.

Rental Details

Rental Rate: Rental Rate is $1,050.00/week based on 2 guests.
Minimum Stay: 7 nights
Additional Guests: Each additional guest will be charged $30.00 per night.
Children: If children are traveling with you, please provide their age. Children are free up to the age of 12.
Cleaning fee: $160.00
BBQ cleaning: $50.00 (if necessary)
Tax: 6.5% Florida Sales Tax plus 5% Tourist Tax (11.5% Taxes)
Security Deposit: $500.00
Power: usage of electricity $ 10.00/per day
Smoking: not allowed
Pets: not allowed
Please note: If Villa is damaged or left extremely dirty, there will be an additional fee retained from the Security Deposit.
Surveillance devices: The driveway and the entrance area are monitored with a camera for security reasons only. Areas where guests have a reasonable expectation of privacy, are not under surveillance. We follow VRBO´s policy on surveillance devices at the property.
