  Rental Rate is $1,300.00/week based on 4 guests.

  Minimum Stay: 7 nights

  Christmas and New Years the minimum stay is 2 weeks.

  Each additional guest will be charged $20.00 per night.

  If children are traveling with you, please provide their age. Children are free up to the age of 12.

  Additional fees and taxes:

  Cleaning fee: $170.00

  Bbq cleaning: $50.00 (if necessary)

   6.5% Florida Sales Tax plus 5% Tourist Tax (11.5% Taxes)

  Security Deposit: $500.00

  Rental rate includes an average usage of electricity of $40.00/week. Excess usage will be charged from your security Deposit/Cash at 15cents/kwh (including 11.5% tax).

  Please note:

  If Villa is damaged or left extremely dirty, there will be an additional fee retained from the Security Deposit.
