This elegant Villa is located just around the corner of Cape Harbor. The tasteful and luxurious interior design offers everything the vacationer's heart desires.
The house offers: 1 master suite with king size bed, a second bedroom with a king size bed, as well as a third bedroom with 2 twin beds, 3 bathrooms, kitchen, dining and TV living area. Relax or entertain in the lanai area, where you will find a heated pool with pool-side loungers, as well as BBQ area with patio set  under covered dining area. Enjoy fishing and boating from your own boat dock –  it's just a short distance to the Gulf of Mexico.

  Rental Rates are from May 21st - December 20th $1,300.00/week and from December 21st - May 20th $1,380.00/week based on 4 guests.

  Minimum Stay: 7 nights

  Christmas and Easter the minimum stay is 2 weeks and 20% seasonal surcharge.

  Each additional guest will be charged $100.00 per week.

  If children are traveling with you, please provide their age. Children are free up to the age of 2 and children between 3 and 11 get 50% discount.

  Additional fees and taxes:

  Cleaning fee: $150.00

  Bbq cleaning: $50.00 (if necessary)

  6.5% Florida Sales Tax plus 5% Tourist Tax (11.5% Taxes)

  Security Deposit: $700.00

  Electricity is based on usage and will be charged from your security Deposit/Cash at 15cents/kwh (including 11.5% tax).

   

  Please note:

  If Villa is damaged or left extremely dirty, there will be an additional fee retained from the Security Deposit.

  No smoking in the house and no pets!
