  Security Deposit: $700.00

  Rental rate includes an average usage of electricity of $25.00/week . Excess usage will be charged from your security Deposit/Cash at 15cents/kwh (including 11.5% tax).

  Please note:

  If Villa is damaged or left extremely dirty, there will be an additional fee retained from the Security Deposit.
